The job

Responsibilities

– Design, develop and maintain core components on our platform
– Help us address innovation and growth issue we face everyday

Skills required

– Perfect fluency in modern PHP and object oriented programming
– You have used several of these technologies in a high volume environment: memcached, Redis, MySQL, RabbitMQ.
– You know your way around advanced git workflows

– Interest in other languages for our SDKs (Java, Go, Ruby, Python, etc.)

Frontend engineer – UI

– Technical design & development on our VueJS based client UI.

Required skills

– You are an expert in modern frontend engineering (HTML, SASS, ES6, build tools, module loaders, package management).
– You have an outstanding knowledge of javascript. You know its internals, what’s good, what’s not good and how it’s evolving.
– You have significant production experiences on a major javascript framework.
– You are accustomed to interacting with APIs to fetch data.
– You know your way around advanced Git workflows within a team.
– You are frontend-focused, but you have a very broad understanding of web technologies and the way the various layers interconnect.

 

Preferred skills

– You’ve played around with VuejS and are familiar with its core concepts (modules, router, services, …).
– You know what RxJS is and have done asynchronous programming with it before.
– You are fluent in Typescript.

Rattaché au CTO, votre rôle est de conseiller nos clients sur l’utilisation de nos services dans leur phase d’étude et de les accompagner techniquement lors de la phase d’implémentation.

Vos principales missions :
– Accompagner les équipes techniques de nos clients dans l’intégration de nos services VOIP et SMS
– Diagnostic et résolution des incidents
– Participer à l’amélioration de nos services, documentations et processus

Les compétences requises

– Vous êtes passionné de VOIP, autonome, réactif et avez l’esprit d’initiative et capacité à résoudre des problèmes
– De formation Bac+2 type Technicien supérieur informatique et/ ou une première expérience en support technique (stages acceptés)
– Connaissance en VOIP
– Connaissance d’Asterisk, Freeswitch ou Kamailio

As a Customer Sales Manager at CALLR, you’ll be responsible for guaranteeing our customers’ success, from sign up through to active user, including closing deals. Our customers come from diverse industries, positions, backgrounds and countries all over the world.

Your mission? Identify the steps of success and guide our customers through the journey in French or English. It’s as simple as that.

What you’ll get to do everyday

  • Handle inbound sales, driving qualified leads to closure
  • Onboard customers via email, SMS or phone: learn who they are, identify their needs, their pain points and problems
  • Detect potential, pre-qualify for sales or support, upsell
  • Optimize the customer success journey
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to improve the onboarding process and documentation

What we’re looking for

  • Two (2!) people to join our team:

One eloquent native French speaker with exceptional written and spoken English and… (you guessed it!) one eloquent native English speaker with exceptional written and spoken French

  • A proven track record in hitting inbound or outbound sales targets
  • Attention to detail, organized and efficient at prioritising your work
  • Autonomous and proactive, you’re used to making decisions and take responsibility for your failures as much as your successes
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer sales position, with excellent results
  • Experience selling APIs or B2B SaaS products is a real bonus
