Overview

Callr's Real-Time Call Control lets you take command of calls as they happen. Through a combination of Callr Actions and API calls, you can dynamically modify call behavior, reroute calls, add or remove participants, play audio, and gather input — all in real-time.

How It Works

Define your base call flow in a Callr Actions YAML scenario. Use conditional logic, fetch@v2 for external data, and javascript@v1 for inline data processing to make routing decisions dynamically. Every action — from say@v2 to dial@v1 — executes in real-time as the call progresses.
