Privacy Policy

Effective date: 14 November 2024

At Callr, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller and your choice of law

Callr is operated by two companies: TCLR SAS in France and The Callr Corp in the United States. When you create your account, you choose which entity contracts with you — and, with it, the law that governs your personal data.

If you choose EU law:

  • TCLR SAS (France) is your data controller.
  • Your personal data is processed under EU and French law and the GDPR.
  • Your data is hosted on Callr-owned servers in France (see Section 5).

If you choose US law:

  • The Callr Corp (United States) is your data controller.
  • Your personal data is processed under applicable United States law.

The sections below detail Callr’s data practices. Where they reference France, the EU or the GDPR, they describe the EU-law option; equivalent terms under United States law apply to the US-law option.
