Overview
Keyword extraction uses the openai@v2 action in the hangup branch to analyze call transcripts after the call ends. You define the extraction prompt — what keywords, topics, or entities to look for — and the LLM returns structured JSON.
How it works
During the call, startRecording@v1 captures and transcribes the conversation. In the hangup branch, javascript@v1 reformats the transcript, then openai@v2 sends it to your chosen LLM with your custom prompt. The response is parsed and pushed to your systems.
Custom prompts
Define exactly what to extract: product names, competitor mentions, pricing discussions, technical terms, geographic references — any keyword taxonomy relevant to your business. Use response_format: { type: json_object } for structured output.
Delivery
Results are pushed in real-time via fetch@v2 to your CRM, analytics platform, or webhook endpoint. Use email@v1 to send keyword reports to your team.
