Overview
Callr's native Google Analytics 4 integration uses the googleAnalytics@v1 action to push call events directly into your GA4 property. Each call becomes a trackable event with custom parameters, enabling you to measure phone calls alongside your digital analytics.
How It Works
Add the googleAnalytics@v1 action to your Callr Actions scenario (typically in the hangup branch). Configure your GA4 Measurement ID and define which call data to send as event parameters. Calls appear in GA4 as custom events that you can use for reporting and conversion tracking.
Event Parameters
Call source/medium, campaign name, caller country, call duration, call outcome (answered/missed), and any custom parameters you define. Map these to GA4 event parameters for rich reporting.
