Callr Actions include built-in email@v1 and sms@v1 actions that let you send notifications directly from within a call flow. No need to integrate with a separate email or SMS provider — Callr handles delivery as part of the call scenario.
Email Notifications
Send emails triggered by call events: call completed, recording ready, voicemail received, or AI analysis finished. Include call metadata, transcriptions, recordings, and AI-generated summaries directly in the email body.
SMS Notifications
Send SMS messages to callers, agents, or any phone number during or after a call. Use cases include appointment confirmations, follow-up links, one-time passwords, and delivery notifications.
Templating
Both actions support Callr Actions expressions (${{...}}) for dynamic content. Insert caller information, call duration, AI analysis results, or any custom variable into your message templates.
