Overview
Callr provides native OAuth integrations with major CRM and business platforms. Connect your Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 account via OAuth, and use the access tokens directly in fetch@v2 actions within your call flows.
OAuth flow
Configure OAuth connections in the Callr Portal. Callr handles the OAuth handshake, token storage, and automatic refresh. Access tokens are available as scenario variables, usable in fetch@v2 headers for authenticated API calls to your connected platforms.
Real-time data push
In the hangup branch, push complete call data to your CRM: caller information, call duration, recording URL, transcription, AI-generated summaries, sentiment scores, and intent classification. All delivered within seconds of call completion.
Supported platforms
Salesforce: create/update leads, contacts, activities, and custom objects. HubSpot: log calls, create contacts, update deals. Google: create calendar events, send via Gmail, update Sheets. Microsoft: Outlook email, Teams notifications, calendar integration. Additional platforms supported via fetch@v2 with any REST API.
