Overview

Callr automatically transcribes recorded calls, producing searchable text with speaker diarization (who said what). Transcripts are the foundation for AI-powered analysis — summarization, intent detection, sentiment analysis, and structured data extraction.

How It Works

Enable recording with startRecording@v1. When the call ends, Callr processes the audio and generates a transcript with speaker labels. The transcript is available via the recording pre-defined variable in the hangup branch, ready for AI processing or backend push.

AI Pipeline

Chain transcription with AI analysis: pass the transcript to openai@v2 or any LLM via fetch@v2 to extract summaries, detect call intent, score sentiment, and pull structured data (names, dates, amounts). All automated within the call flow — no batch processing.

Use Cases

Call center QA: searchable archive of all conversations. Compliance: document what was said on recorded calls. Sales coaching: review transcripts for improvement areas. Lead qualification: auto-extract caller intent and requirements.
