Callr identifies the geographic origin of each caller based on their phone number. This data includes country, region, and city when available, and is part of the CDR. Use it for intelligent routing, analytics segmentation, and regulatory compliance.

Data Available

Country: derived from country code and number plan. Region/state: available for many countries based on number prefix. City: available where number plans allow city-level identification. Number type: mobile, landline, VoIP, toll-free.

Real-Time Use

Access geographic data during an active call via the call pre-defined variable. Use in conditional routing: greet French callers in French, route US callers to US agents, apply country-specific compliance rules.

Analytics Use
