Overview
Callr captures exhaustive Call Detail Records (CDR) for every call made on the platform — inbound and outbound. The CDR is the complete data record of a call, containing everything from phone numbers to precise timing to billing information.
CDR Fields
Calling and called number. Number type (mobile, landline, VoIP). Caller country and region (when available). Precise call timeline: initialization, answer, hangup timestamps. Which party hung up. Total call duration (ring time and talk time). Call cost and billing details. DTMF keys pressed with timestamps. Recording URL (if recording was enabled). Scenario and run identifiers.
Accessing CDRs
Real-time push: use fetch@v2 in the hangup branch to POST the CDR to your backend immediately after each call. API export: query historical CDRs via the REST API with filters by date range, number, scenario, and more. Portal: view and export CDRs from the Callr Portal dashboard.
Use Cases
Marketing attribution: match calls to campaigns and sources. Billing reconciliation: verify call costs against invoices. Quality assurance: audit call handling times and outcomes. Analytics: feed CDR data into your BI tools for trend analysis.
