Overview
Every SMS sent through Callr generates a Delivery Report (DLR) confirming the final status of the message. DLRs are delivered to your backend via webhook, enabling real-time tracking and automated retry logic.
Status Codes
Delivered: message successfully received by the handset. Failed: delivery failed (invalid number, carrier rejection, etc.). Pending: message in transit, not yet delivered. Expired: message could not be delivered within the validity period.
Webhook Delivery
Configure DLR webhooks per scenario or globally. Each DLR includes the message ID, sender, recipient, status, timestamp, and error code (if applicable). Use DLRs to build dashboards, trigger retry logic, or update your CRM with delivery status.
