Callr integrates with Vapi through SIP, letting you connect callers to Vapi's voice AI agent platform. Vapi provides the conversational AI layer — agent logic, tool calling, knowledge bases — while Callr handles telephony: number provisioning, call routing, recording, and compliance.
How it works
Use dial@v1 to bridge the call to Vapi's SIP endpoint. Configure your Vapi assistant with its conversation flow, tools, and knowledge base. Callr manages the carrier-side: inbound number routing, call recording via startRecording@v1, and post-call data delivery via webhooks and fetch@v2.
