Callr's Audio Library lets you upload, organize, and manage audio files for use in your call flows. Play pre-recorded messages, hold music, IVR prompts, and branded greetings using the play@v1 action in your Callr Actions scenarios.
Supported Formats
MP3 and WAV file formats. Files are automatically transcoded to the optimal format for telephony (8kHz mono). Upload via the Portal or the REST API.
Management
Organize audio files in folders. Tag and search files for easy retrieval. Version management for updating prompts without changing scenario code. Preview playback in the Portal.
